ทั่วไป

1. private-yacht.com โดย Deep Blue Co., Ltd (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า Deep Blue) เลขประจำตัวสถาบันการท่องเที่ยว 34/03030 นำเสนอในเว็บไซต์ private-yacht.com บริการทัวร์เรือในประเทศไทยและจัดการทัวร์เรือ
2. ด้วยการเช่าเรือหรือซื้อทัวร์ คุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของเราตามที่กำหนดไว้ด้านล่าง

 

เช่าเรือส่วนตัว

1. The boat rental including all costs for meals and additional add-ons must be paid in full before the start of the cruise. การชำระเงิน are accepted in cash, by bank transfer, or credit card.

3. Furthermore the boat rental รวมถึง all the services mentioned on the website or during the booking process (only writen agreements count). Often more, but never less. If certain services offered are not used voluntarily or if services are expected that go beyond the agreed service, no claim for reimbursement can be derived เริ่มต้น this. 4. Waiting time is always paid time: If the customer do not start the trip on time and do not arrange this with us separately, the lost tour time is non-refundable. In case of reduced tour time the captain may decide to change the planned itinerary depending on the delay.
5. Due to their tight schedules taxis that we have ordered for the transfer usually wait a maximum of 15 minutes. If they need to cancel the transfer order, they will nevertheless charge the full amount and the customer will need to arrange another transport on your own.

1. Deep Blue สงวน สิทธิในการเปลี่ยนเส้นทาง และสถานที่รับส่ง หากสภาพอากาศหรือเหตุผลที่ชอบธรรมอื่น ๆ จำเป็นต้องเป็นเช่นนั้น
2. กัปตันมีความรับผิดชอบเสมอ และมีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้าย ความปลอดภัยมาเป็นอันดับแรก
3. In the event of misconduct that endangers safety or property damage, the captain has the right to interrupt the voyage or end it immediately. According to Thai law, persons under the influence of alcohol/drugs must be denied access to the boat. In such a case, the customer's payment obligation remains.
4. Passengers must follow all crew instructions immediately and without delay. This also applies to putting on life jackets (nobody likes them, we know ... but as the law force us to do, we need to follow the rules). Beside of controlled areas by the Marine departement, wearing supplied live jackets is recommended at all time.
5. สามารถปฏิเสธการเข้าถึงเรือและท่าเทียบเรือได้โดยไม่มีเหตุผลหากเห็นว่าจำเป็นโดยลูกเรือ เช่น เกี่ยวกับความจุ ความปลอดภัย ระเบียบสาธารณะ หรือความเสี่ยงในการเกิดความเสียหายหรือความรำคาญ
6. ผู้โดยสารต้อง ดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมและไม่ทิ้งขยะ ลงในน้ำ การบริโภคส่วนตัวทั้งหมดและขยะที่สัมพันธ์กันควรทิ้งลงในถังเก็บขยะที่เหมาะสมบนเรือ
7. Obvious errors and mistakes in the information provided, and/or published by Deep Blue will not bind Deep Blue. The Thai consumer law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes must be submitted to the competent court in the place where the consumer or passenger resides.

ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Deep Blue ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายและ/หรือการสูญหายของทรัพย์สินของผู้โดยสาร ผู้โดยสารนำสิ่งของส่วนตัวทั้งหมดขึ้นเรือเสี่ยงต่อความเสี่ยงของตนเอง
2. ทัวร์ทั้งหมดที่จองกับ Deep Blue ได้รับการประกันความเสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุของเรือ นอกเหนือจากนั้น Deep Blue ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อการบาดเจ็บส่วนบุคคลหรือความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินของผู้โดยสารในรูปแบบใด ๆ โดยไม่คำนึงถึงสาเหตุ ก่อน ระหว่าง หรือเป็นผลมาจากการเดินทาง ข้อนี้ไม่ใช้กับความเสียหายที่เกิดจากจำเนียรหรือความประมาทเลินเล่อของ Deep Blue ค่าชดเชยตามกฎหมายมีจำกัดเฉพาะราคาของการเช่าเรือสำหรับการเดินทางนั้น
3. Deep Blue ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายต่อบุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินของผู้โดยสารที่เกิดจากการ踏บนหรือขึ้นท่าเทียบหรือเรือ ผู้โดยสารเข้าสู่พื้นที่เหล่านี้อย่างสมบูรณ์ตามความเสี่ยงของตนเอง
4. แขกทั้งหมดมีความรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่พวกเขาสร้างขึ้นให้กับสิ่งของ/สินค้าที่ใช้โดย Deep Blue หรือบุคคลที่สาม
5. กิจกรรมชายฝั่งและน้ำทั้งหมดที่จัดการโดย Deep Blue ดำเนินการตามความเสี่ยงของคุณเอง
6. เด็กเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ปกครอง เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 4 ปีจำเป็นต้องนั่งบนหน้าอกของผู้ปกครอง
7. Should Deep Blue not be able to comply with their obligations due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to restitution or compensation, but refund of course.

 

เงินมัดจำและชำระเต็มจำนวน

เมื่อเราได้รับ เงินมัดจำอย่างน้อย 50% ของราคารวม (รวมภาษี) สำหรับข้อเสนอที่คุณอนุมัติแล้ว เราสามารถยืนยันการจองได้

The balance is due no later than 7 days before departure, in some cases 14 days before departure (depending on the logistics and the yacht). 
If you prefer to be on the safe side and pay the balance at boarding, please pay in cash in Thai Baht. Foreign currencies only by prior arrangement.  
 

การยกเลิกโดย DEEP BLUE (private-yacht.com)

• If it is not possible to safely complete the booked tour due to a technical problem or dangerous weather conditions (predicted by the Marine Department Thailand), we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of all amounts paid.

การยกเลิกโดยลูกค้า

The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that both parties consider the booking to be binding.
Therefore, in the event of a unilateral termination of the contract (cancellation) by the customer, not in all cases a refund of the deposit is possible. This depends in particular on the booking lead times and the possibility of compensating for the loss through new bookings:

เรือเร็ว:

• ยกเลิกภายในระยะเวลา 1 เดือนก่อนออกเดินทาง: คืนเต็มจำนวน *
• ยกเลิกภายในระยะเวลา 3 วันก่อนออกเดินทาง: คืน 25% *

เรือมอเตอร์ / เรือใบ / พาวเวอร์แคตามารัน:

• ยกเลิกภายในระยะเวลา 3 เดือนก่อนออกเดินทาง: คืนเต็มจำนวน *
• การยกเลิก up to 1 month before departure: 25% refund *
  (less all payments for booked third-party services)

เรือปาร์ตี้ / เรือยอชต์พิเศษ:

• โดยทั่วไปแล้ว ไม่สามารถคืนเงินสำหรับการเช่าเรือปาร์ตี้และเรือยอชต์พิเศษได้ เนื่องจากไม่สามารถชดเชยการสูญหายในการขายได้ภายในหลายสัปดาห์ตามเงื่อนไขปกติ
• การชำระเงินสำหรับบริการที่จาก ผู้ให้บริการของบุคคลที่สาม**:
  • ยกเลิกภายในระยะเวลา 3 เดือนก่อนออกเดินทาง: คืนเต็มจำนวน
  • ยกเลิกภายในระยะเวลา 1 เดือนก่อนออกเดินทาง: คืน 25%

ประกันการยกเลิกการท่องเที่ยว

เนื่องจากเหตุการณ์พิเศษของเหตุสุดวิสัย (เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวรวมถึงเช่นการเจ็บป่วยส่วนบุคคลหรือโรคระบาด ปิดชายแดนหรือสนามบิน สงครามหรือจลาจล เป็นต้น) สามารถทำให้การยกเลิกหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ แต่มีผลเช่นเดียวกับการยกเลิกปกติ เราแนะนำให้สมัครสมาชิกประกันการยกเลิกการท่องเที่ยว หรือตรวจสอบว่าบริการของบุคคลที่สามมีความคุ้มครองจากประกันการยกเลิกที่อยู่ในตั๋วเครื่องบินของคุณแล้วหรือไม่

เนื่องจากเราออกใบแจ้งหนี้ที่เป็นทางการ การรับรองจึงไม่เคยเป็นปัญหา
